switching to dumbphone!
So i have made the switch to getting a dumbphone, I got my beautiful kyocera ky 42c and I love it so much. It has been very weird and kinda isolating in a way... Everyone is so connected through their phones, especially on instagram. Thats how I knew how to connect to people, what they were up to, stories told all because no one really texts and updates anymore. Thats how I see it at least, I feel like I am the always reacher out towards people and I have def noticed it more as I made the switch. Its kinda sad but I guess its a price I have to pay for disconnecting from the digital world! Yeehaw. I could keep going and sound like a sap but overall I feel free, I feel like I can breath and I dont have to constantly distract like I always did, its good. I'm actually taking the time to just sit and look outside instead of wanting to go on my phone. I have been addicted since I was about 12 when I got my first laptop/ipod touch and I was very chronically online. Its good, I need this. We all really need this. Maybe I'll make a rant post on human connections and how weird they can be since we rely so much on media. Alas. Ill post a photo of my everyday carry because it is very fun. Hope everyone is good and go take a walk and breath some fresh air or something.
